Summer strawberry appetizer

I had some filo pastry cups sitting in my freezer and decided I needed to use these guys up, so I came up with this fun fruit appetizer. It's quick and easy, and a little different from the usual cheese, or crabmeat appetizers folks like to make.

I baked them in the oven according to directions, only about 8 minutes at 350. Once cooled, I put a dollop of either raspberry vice or wicked blue jam in them, then topped with a fresh whole strawberry. A spot of whipped cream finishes the deal.

Yummy!
